Hotel is intended to be a place for a temporary residence of citizens for a period confirmed by hotel administration. At the end of agreed period, the resident must check out from the hotel.
Hotel works 24/7. Check-in time – after 14:00. Check-out time – 12:00
Check-in at the hotel of citizens is carried out upon presentation of their passport, military ID (if he is a member of the SVO), passport (if the citizen permanently resides outside the territory of the Russian Federation) . Children under the age of 14 are settled on a birth certificate. If the child is settled without parents or other legal representatives (guardians, adoptive parents), their written consent must be presented. If the guest agrees with the current rules of the hotel and the registration of accommodation, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded.
Payment for accommodation is to be made via noncash settlement with reservation agreement according to the rates that has been accounted by hotel management and are mentioned on the hotel website.
Check-in procedure is possible only after 100 % prepayment.
The payment for accommodation is charged in accordance with a check-out hour
- from 12 hours of the current day local time.
Preliminary room reservation can be confirmed only after 100 % prepayment.
Check-in before check-in official hour need to be discussed and reconfirmed with hotel administration in advance.
If guest cancel the reservation or shorten the period of his/her stay - there will be cancellation charges applied in the amount of cost of 1 night stay.
This amount is a charge for room reservation on the guest’s name for all period of his/her stay.
It is allowed to have visitors in the room from 09:00 till 20:00 upon request and after reconfirmation with hotel management.
Visitor must show an identity card for registration to the hotel administrator.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days and bathroom amenities daily.
There is a daily room cleaning service in the hotel.
There are following free services available for the guests of the hotel:
- Ambulance call;
- Use of a medical first-aid kit;
- Wake-up call;
- Call for a taxi;
- Sewing kit;
- Drinking water;
Hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity, water, gas).
When leaving the room guest must turn off taps, close the windows, switch off the light and TV; keep the order established in the hotel, keep the peace and silence in the room; strictly observe fire safety rules; repair a damage in case of property loss or damage or permissive waste.
The damage is assessed on the basis of the "price list for damage to hotel property" Guest also must take responsibility for actions of visitors invited to his room.
Following actions are forbidden on the territory of the hotel: to order food and drinks to the room, leave unauthorized persons in the room, and also give them a room key; keep bulky things, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury; Keep animals in the room (including birds, reptiles); Smoke in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the hotel; be in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication; use heating appliances, if this is not provided in the hotel room; disrupt the peace of the guests living in neighboring rooms.
Administration is not responsible for the loss of guest’s valuables that are kept in the room in case of the hotel policy violation.
In case of lost things detection, administration takes measures to return them to their owners.
Book of comments and suggestions is at the hotel administrator's on duty and is issued at the first request of the guests.
Hotel administration reserves the right to visit the rooms without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of hotel policy, public order and the order of using household appliances violation.
Hotel has the right to terminate the agreement on the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay in case of a hotel policy violation, delayed payment or financial damage.
In case the guest is not present in the hotel at check-out hour (12:00 pm) and there is no payment done, the hotel administration is entitled to call a local police officer, and make an inventory of the property in the room.
In the event of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures provided by law to resolve the conflict.
In cases not provided by these rules, administration and the consumer are to be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Return policy
When paying by cards, a refund in cash is not allowed. The order of returning is regulated by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for the return of goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
- The consumer has the right to reject goods at any time prior to its transfer and within seven days after the transfer.
- return of particular product is possible in case its ready-for-sale conditions are kept as well as its consumer attributes and a document that confirms the fact and the conditions of the product purchase.
- The consumer does not have the right to reject goods having individually defined properties, if the goods can only be used by the person that bought it.
- If the consumer reject the goods, the seller must return to him the sum of money paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than ten days from the day the consumer presents the relevant demand;
- To return funds to the bank card, you must fill in "Application for a refund", which is sent by the company to an email address upon request and send it along with a copy of your passport at mail@podushka-hotel.ru
- Refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) working days from the date of "Application for refund" received by the company.
- In order to return funds from wrong transactions, it is necessary to send an application and copies of the passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous writing off of amounts to mail@podushka-hotel.ru.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. Usual response time and refund procedure will be calculated from the moment that company received an application excluding holidays and days off.
